Setting to add to ARR's as monitored or unmonitored

Having issue with Ombi adding to Lidarr but unmonitored so nothing was downloading, I dont know what the Do Not Search advanced option does as it didnt seem to make any difference. But yeah an advanced option for the ARR's to select monitored flag or unmonitored.
