Is it possible to make a gallery with user made themes? Something like wordpress where you just need to click to make your app look different.

It already exist and is called custom CSS. It will work as themes for your Ombi like you expected them from Wordpress (It won't be user based and can only be modified by you). The most popular themes were on Ombi V3 though, I'm expecting it most of them to be updated for Ombi V4 after a while. Search google "Ombi custom CSS"
