Hide *Arr Services that aren't added

As every installation of Ombi is unique, it would be interesting to hide filters and services that aren't added.

For example, I don't have Lidarr for Music and it would be great if Albums couldn't be searched and requested by my users if I don't have a Lidarr installation.

I don't really understand this request, if you don't have Lidarr installed, you cannot search for music
