Request Available - Aired to Date

Currently a user can submit a request for previous and future aired TV episodes. When they do that, Ombi doesn't send out the Request Available notification until all aired episodes (that were requested) are downloaded. E.g. if someone requests an entire season of a show, but only 3 of 10 episodes have aired, it won't send it until the 10th episode has aired and been downloaded. Some users think that the initial portion of the show won't be available in Plex since they didn't receive the notification.

It would be cool if there was an option under the Request Available notification to send it out when episodes that have aired to date have been downloaded, marking the request as complete.
