Lidarr per user download folder support.

Equivalent of feature in Sonarr and Radarr that allows users to set a custom directory for their requested files to be downloaded.

Please! I'd like to keep each of my user's music libraries separate and I currently have to have them go into lidarr for this. It would also be HUGE if it could be implemented in a way to avoid duplicates, like if instead of pointing downloads directly to a user's directory, they'd still go into a regular root folder, but a symlink would be created within the user's directory. Then if another user adds the same song, a symlink would be created rather than downloading a duplicate copy.

This would allow me to have a main music library in plex pointed to the root folder, and then for each of my users I'd create a separate library pointed at just their user directory which contains the symlinks.
