Exclude foreign language movies/tv show suggestions on Discover page

Currently, it's not possible to exclude movies/tv shows from foreign languages that have English titles on TMDb. These items do not seem to use a keyword that can be used for exclusion.
The example in the image I've attached shows what looks to be a Portuguese soap opera/telenovela (not tagged as such). Somehow I would like to be able to exclude this, and other foreign language titles, from my suggestions.
Perhaps a match on "Original Language" to the language in the user's profile. This wouldn't cause issues in terms of being able to search directly for the title and make a request that way, but would limit it from being displayed on the Discover page.
