Allow Editing of Root Folder Option in Requests list

For Admins, allow changing of the Root Folder for each request entry when requested/approved. This will ensure the end results land in the correct folder location - rather than having to wait for it to find and complete before changing it manually (could be weeks for some items, and will likely forget).
